What Documents Can Vcan Provide for Rechargeable LED Modules and Battery Shipping?
Yes. Vcan can provide CE-related EMC and LVD documentation, RoHS certificates and reports, and IP test documentation for the selected LED module. We also provide battery MSDS / SDS, UN38.3 test reports and summaries, and supporting documents for air, sea, road and rail transport, matched to the battery and shipment.
We keep the applicable files up to date and arrange required renewals on schedule. Send us your module or order reference, destination and agent's requirements; we will help you obtain the current document pack.
Your agent needs an updated MSDS? Send us the request.
Customers often receive a short message from an import or shipping agent asking for an updated MSDS. You do not need to identify every document alone. Give Vcan the order or module reference and the agent's list, and we will match the files to the supplied battery and shipping arrangement.
Vcan keeps the applicable product, battery and shipping files updated and coordinates necessary updates and renewals with suppliers and laboratories on time. We check which version applies to your order and planned shipment, and help resolve your agent's document requests.
The examples below make this support concrete: they show actual document subjects, report numbers, institutions and dates. A document's issue date and its stated validity are recorded separately; a foundational test report and a transport appraisal can have different update requirements.
LED module certificates: identify the product and tested scope.
Our Vcan LED Light records include EMC, LVD and RoHS documentation, with supporting reports. The IP65 example identifies the tested VC-LS117 sample and the series stated in that record. For an IP68 induction-charge requirement, ask us for the documentation corresponding to the selected sealed construction.

The document pack distinguishes safety data sheets from test reports and test summaries. Our 2026 examples include MSDS 251022SC000027U1L for the 2000mAh cell and MSDS 251106SC000021U1L for the 2200mAh cell, both issued on 1 January 2026.
The INR18650 2200mAh example is rated 3.7V and 8.14Wh. Its UN38.3 report, 1125080586, was issued by Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry Testing on 28 September 2025. The report and associated summary belong to that cell, rather than to every battery of a similar appearance.
The wider supplier library also contains model-specific UL / ETL, CB, CCC, BIS, KC, PSE, RoHS, REACH and battery-regulation records. Tell us the destination and requested document so we can identify the appropriate record for the battery actually being supplied.
Supplying Europe or the European Union?
For European projects, start with the selected LED Light's CE-related EMC and LVD documentation and RoHS records. Review the battery supplier's applicable RoHS, REACH and EU Battery Regulation supporting files separately. The destination-market document table lists Europe first and distinguishes the LED product from its battery.
Forward your European importer's exact checklist with the product or order reference. Vcan keeps the relevant files updated and will help assemble the current document pack for that configuration.
A remote control may use a separate button cell. For example, our CR2025 file set is separate from the rechargeable cell inside the LED module. If your agent asks about both, we will identify the two document sets clearly.
Air, sea, road and rail paperwork follows the shipment.
Vcan helps provide or coordinate the current transport documents requested for air, sea, road and rail shipments. Share the shipping method and the agent's requirements before arranging collection.
For a concrete example, the 2000mAh INR18650 file set contains sea transport appraisal 212600600131967 and air transport appraisal 212600300231966, issued by Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry Testing and effective from 1 January 2026.
Those examples assess batteries shipped on their own. A rechargeable LED module with the battery installed, a spare battery packed alongside it and a battery-only consignment are different arrangements to describe to your agent. We match the supporting pack to what is actually being shipped.

Yes. Our battery document library includes UN38.3 test reports and summaries for the relevant cell models. For example, report 1125080586 identifies the INR18650 2200mAh, 3.7V, 8.14Wh cell. We match the record to the battery supplied with the selected module.
Can Vcan help with air, sea, road and rail shipping documents?
Yes. Tell us the transport method, destination and your agent’s requirements. We provide or coordinate the applicable current documents for that shipment. Battery-only shipment paperwork and documents for batteries supplied with or inside equipment need to be matched to the actual arrangement.
Are the battery supplier’s certificates issued to Vcan?
Battery documents normally identify the original cell or battery supplier. Vcan’s LED Light records identify Vcan Electronics. We keep those subjects clear rather than describing every supplier certificate as a Vcan-issued certificate.
How do I request the correct document pack?
