One VC-LN120 Inside Each Spandex Cocktail Table
Looking for LED lights for spandex cocktail tables? In this event application, one rechargeable VC-LN120 was placed inside each covered table. The fabric becomes the glowing surface, while the tabletop remains available for the display above it.

One light inside the table, with the fabric forming the illuminated surface.
The customer selected the VC-LN120 rechargeable LED module, with one unit per table. The light sits within the covered table rather than occupying the tabletop.

A single battery-operated light can be a workable arrangement for this type of covered cocktail table. It does not establish that one unit will produce the same effect under every cover or table. Fabric opacity, colour, folds, the table frame and ambient light all influence the result.
When evaluating a sample, dress the table as it will be used. Check the glow around the full table, including the areas near the legs, rather than judging the uncovered light on a workbench. Confirm that the chosen placement remains secure and leaves access to the controls and charging connection.
A returning event customer, with orders in 2016 and 2018.
The customer worked in the event business and had already purchased a 120mm light before the surviving 2016 correspondence. They then ordered three samples in different sizes to explore further options.
Later that year, the customer reported that the lights were working well and requested 25 units of the 120mm version. The correspondence confirms receipt of payment for that order.
In 2018, the same customer returned with a request for another 30 lights. Vcan proposed an updated 120mm design. The buyer specifically asked whether the size remained the same before requesting the invoice; the later correspondence records shipment of the lights.
For an event team adding more illuminated tables, that size question matters. A repeat order should preserve the fit and agreed lighting effect, even when a newer version is offered. Keep the approved configuration with the order record, rather than relying on the model name alone.
Check the complete dressed table before equipping more tables.
Start with one sample and the actual stretch cover. Review three things together:
- The visible effect: check the selected colour through the dressed table from different viewing positions and under the intended room lighting.
- The physical arrangement: confirm the internal clearance, stable placement and access for operation, removal and charging. This case does not establish a universal mounting method.
- The event schedule: test the agreed light setting for the required operating period, and plan charging between uses.
The historical sales correspondence described an 8–10-hour operating time for the configuration discussed then. It does not preserve the brightness and colour settings or a customer-measured duration for this installation. Check a new sample against your event schedule, rather than treating the historical figure as a promise for every VC-LN120 configuration.

Frequently asked questions
Can one LED light illuminate a spandex cocktail table?
Yes. Vcan confirms one VC-LN120 inside each table for this application. Use that as a sample arrangement to evaluate, then confirm the effect with your own cover and table structure.
Does the light need to sit on the tabletop?
In this case, the light is placed inside the fabric-covered table, leaving the tabletop available. The supplied image does not show the internal fastening or exact position; agree those details for your table.
Can we order the same configuration again later?
Keep the approved model, dimensions, battery, LED configuration, controls and accessory list with your sample record. When a newer design was proposed in this case, the returning buyer checked the size before proceeding.
What should we send for a similar project?
Send a photograph of the dressed table and its internal space, approximate dimensions, required colour effect, operating hours and quantity. Vcan can help review a suitable sample and its placement.
