A European customer returned for 50 more units of the same product it had purchased before. Vcan confirmed the customer's internal product reference as the VC-AP120 Bluetooth rechargeable RGBW LED module. The completed order included Bluetooth app control, chargers, customer-requested remotes and private labels, and was shipped as one carton.

Short answer

This case verifies a completed 50-set repeat order for VC-AP120. It shows that the Bluetooth module can be supplied as an OEM set with app control, a customized handheld remote, charger and customer-specific labeling. It does not identify or infer the customer's final illuminated product.

Verified order sequence

The customer requested the same specification used in its previous order.

On July 24, 2026, the customer asked for an updated quotation, proforma invoice and lead time for another 50 pieces. The message referred to the previous commercial invoice and requested the same specification as before.

The customer then reconfirmed that it wanted the Bluetooth app version with charger and remote, and reminded Vcan to apply its label to both the products and the packaging. Vcan completed the order and shipped all 50 sets.

Real product evidence

The same VC-AP120 platform was tested through a phone app.

The images below are real Vcan photographs of this model under Bluetooth app control. They show two modules responding together while the operator changes the light from white to cyan. A handheld remote is also visible, demonstrating the dual-control configuration requested for this customer.

Order-specific configuration

The remote was included because this customer requested it.

VC-AP120 normally uses Bluetooth control, generally through the Tuya app, and retains a physical button. A handheld remote is not included as standard with every Bluetooth order. For this repeat order, the customer specifically confirmed that both app control and a remote were required, so the remote became part of the approved configuration.

The charger was also included. Buyers should not assume that every order has identical accessories merely because the model number is the same. The app, remote, charger, plug type and control functions should be written into the quotation and checked again during sample or repeat-order confirmation.

OEM labeling and shipment

Every set used the customer's product and packaging labels.

The customer asked Vcan to repeat the same labeling arrangement used before. Labels were applied to the product and individual boxes, and the 50 boxed sets were packed into one export carton for shipment.

Vcan reviewed the finished-carton photograph as evidence for this case. The photograph is not published because the private labels contain customer-specific information. Customer name, contact details, prices, invoice numbers and label artwork are also withheld from the article.

Questions

VC-AP120 repeat orders and OEM configuration.

Was this a real VC-AP120 repeat order?

Yes. The customer requested another 50 sets using the previous specification, the order was completed, and all 50 sets were shipped in one export carton.

Did this VC-AP120 order include both app control and a remote?

Yes. This customer confirmed a Bluetooth app-controlled configuration and requested a charger and handheld remote with each set. A remote is not standard for every VC-AP120 order and must be specified.

Can VC-AP120 carry a customer's own product label?

Yes. In this order, customer labels were applied to the products and individual packaging. Label artwork, placement, required markings and order quantity should be confirmed before production.

Which app is used with VC-AP120?

VC-AP120 is normally configured for Bluetooth control through the Tuya app, but the exact app, functions and software requirements should be confirmed against the approved sample for each order.

What product did this customer install the modules into?

The reviewed order and shipment evidence does not identify the customer's final product, so this case does not claim a specific end-use application.

Evidence basis: customer emails dated July 24, 2026; Vcan's completed order and shipment record; real VC-AP120 app-control photographs and video; and the finished-carton photograph showing 50 individually boxed sets. Customer identity, prices, invoice details and private-label artwork are withheld. No customer review or final end-use application is claimed.
